Complaints Policy​

At EJV Estates LTD, our aim is to provide exceptional service to our clients and ensure your satisfaction. If you feel that we have not met this standard and wish to make a complaint, we ask that you first contact the person who has been your point of contact and explain your concerns regarding the service you have received.

If you remain dissatisfied with how your complaint has been handled, please outline your complaint via email to:

To help us resolve your complaint effectively, please include the following information and any supporting evidence, if applicable:

  • An outline of your complaint explaining why you believe we have fallen short of our usual high standards.
  • What you would like us to do to resolve the issue.
  • The names of the individuals involved and any relevant documents.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will thoroughly investigate the issues raised and respond accordingly.

Timeframes for addressing complaints are as follows:

  • You will receive an acknowledgment of your complaint within 3 working days.
  • A full response will be provided within 10 working days of the acknowledgment.
  • If we are unable to resolve the matter within this timeframe, we will explain the reasons and provide an estimate for when a full response can be expected.
  • After our final written response, we may consider the complaint closed. If deemed closed, we reserve the right not to enter into further correspondence.


We are members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS026040). If you remain unhappy with our response and have exhausted our complaints procedure, you may contact the Property Redress Scheme for further investigation. To proceed, you must first:

  • Make an official written complaint to us.
  • Wait at least 8 weeks for our response.
  • Not exceed 6 months from our last communication regarding this complaint.

The Property Redress Scheme is a government-approved organization that resolves disputes between members and consumers. It is free for complainants to use, and more information on how to resolve complaints can be found on their website.
